Floating discharging hose is becoming more and more popular with the recognition of the clients. It’s used for conveyance during dredging work with some improved functions. The suitable working temperature is from -20°C to 50 °C. Bending angle is from 0° to 45 °
Product Features:

- Depending on application a lifetime improvement of x 25 compared to the classic rubber lined floating hose
- Embedded white iron cast rings
- Liner in the fittings
- Applicable for offshore (rock) cutter jobs
- Virtually no maintenance

- mainline discharge applications with abrasive solids
- Rock cutter discharge line
- Bow connection discharge line
Product Material:
- Tube: Smooth NR/ synthetic rubber, generally color is black
- Reinforcement: one or multi-layer spiral fabric reinforcements, steel wire spiral layer
- Cover: Oil, abrasion and weather-resistant wrapped synthetic rubber
