       BXHT-1788 SUPER WATERPROOF PAINTING

Ⅰ. Product description:

The product is a flowing-type new water-proof silicone material that is highly elastic, aging resistant, and suitable for large-area application. The product can be used to:

• Repair cracks that occur in the cement concrete roads and asphalt concrete roads;
• Serve as the permanent water-proof coating for the roof, basement, and bathroom caisson of new high-grade buildings;
• Troubleshoot the aging, water leakage problems related to water-proof layers of old buildings such as the asphalt and coiled materials;
• Prevent seepage and leakage at the bottom of the sewage pit, garbage landfill site, swimming pool, and fountain basin.

Ⅱ. Product features:

• High elasticity: with an elastic elongation of above 800%. Not susceptible to cracks in case of settlement and deformation of the foundation.
• Strong adhesion: satisfactory bonding with the cement base surface, ground tile base surface, asphalt base surface, SBS coiled material base surface, JS water-proof layer base surface, and 911 polyurethane water-proof base surface.
• Aging resistant: properties unchangeable for a long period in case of exposure to sun, rain, or in an environment with alkalinity，high salinity ，high or low temperature. Products made by acid-resistance formula are resistant to strong acid.
• Environment-friendly: free of substances harmful to the body, such as benzene,  toluene , xylene and formaldehyde etc.
• Easy in construction: the product can be directly daubed on a dry clean base surface.

Ⅳ. Base Surface treatment

The base surface shall be smooth, clean, solid, and free of dust, water and oil. Remove the aging embrittlement layer from the surface and clean the surface when repairing the old water-proof layer. 

Ⅴ. Construction conditions

• It is advisable to apply the coating in dry, cool weather conditions; but it is not suitable to apply coating in rain and snow.

• Prevent the rain from peeling off the coating during film forming if it is raining. Cover the coating that is not tack-free with a plastic film if it is raining to prevent the rain from peeling off the coating.

Ⅵ. Construction process:

1. Construction process for road surface

Road cracks can be shower coated after cleaning. The road can be used normally after 24 hours if curing is completed.

2. Water-proof construction for buildings

• Prepare a wide scraping cutter and a scraper with teeth to control coating thickness. Clean the base surface.
• Cut off the aluminum plastic bag, and evenly spread the coating material over the base surface after taking it out using the scraping cutter,Then, evenly apply the coating material using the scraper.
• Generally, 1.25kg coating material is required for each square meter of 1mm thick coating, and 0.75kg coating material is required for each square meter of 0.6mm thick coating.
• The tack-free time of the coating that has been just applied is about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and the full curing time thereof is about 8 hours. The coated surface can be used after 24 hours.
• The coating material shall be applied within 30 minutes. For the remaining material, tie up the bag to prevent contact with moisture and prevent curing of the coating material.

Ⅶ. Packaging and shelf life:

Packed in aluminum plastic bags and drum (3kg or 20kg). The shelf life is 12 months.

Ⅷ. Precautions:

• The product shall be stored at a cool, dry environment. The temperature for long-term storage shall be less than 35℃.
• The product is the non-hazardous chemical, which can be transported as ordinary goods.
• Surface skinning may be formed during the storage of the product. Therefore, remove the skinning before the use of the coating materials.
