Chemical Composition:

It is compound of 90% para-tert-butylphenol disulphide polymer and 10% stearic acid

Properties:

Appearance: light-brown granule

Sulfur Content:: 26.4-28.4%

Softening Point: 75-95℃

Stearic acid Content: 9.0-11.0%

Application:

It is low molecular weight alkylphenol disulfide oligomers, sulfur content between 20-32%.

1. Performance is equal tothe product of Arkema Vultac®TB710.

2.Have excellent resistance to heat and aging when compared with typical polysulfide bridges.
3. The phenolic structure can act as an antioxidant.
4. High elastomer solubility
5. Nitrosamine - free

6.It is used in the tire industry for various applications and in a wide variety of other rubber and adhesive markets.
