6 9ft plywood board short cycle lamination machine

• Application

It is mainly used for laminating melamine impregnated decor paper/ wear-resistant paper/ balance paper onto various wood panels (fiberboard, particle board as well as other man-made boards) 

• Furniture board laminating (Decorative paper +fiberboard)

Start the control button，the substrate is placed in middle of the platform. Place the decorative paper on upside of substrate, make sure the paper covers entire surface of the substrate. 

Start the horizontal control button, while using the hand gently press the composite slab corner, the belt conveyor will move forward to the longitudinal lifting conveyor, which will deliver the composite slab into hot press for laminating.

• Heating system: Thermal Oil Tank, burner, circulating pump, temperature-control valve etc. 
   

Check whether the thermal oil is sufficient before starting, to achieve the purpose of circulation and control the air not into the system; 
 

Before starting the pump, the pump should have sufficient oil to prevent damage to the bearing and the mechanical seal.
 

Close the drain valve. Slowly open the drain valve when the motor speed is normal.
 

Turn off the heating source before turning off the heating system, until the oil temperature is cooled to about 50 ℃ then stop the circulation pump, otherwise the heat can not be quickly converted which will cause equipment damage.
