Halnn BN-K1 solid cbn insert machining pumps with high efficiency

However the hardness of high chromium cast iron will be high and it also has some casting defects, In order to solve the problems, choosing the right cutting tools will be very important.
Halnn superhard, with more than 10 years experience on super hard cutting tools(cbn tools and diamond tools), researched Bn-K1 solid cbn inserts specific for machining pump parts. BN-K1 belong to solid cbn inserts, and the hardness will be higher than carbide insert and ceramic insert, also can be used for interrupt turning and large working allowance condition.
