Impact Stone Crusher Working Way

Impact crusher is driven by the motor through the V-belt, and the rotor is driven to make directional rotation. There are hanging several groups of counter-attack plates on the upper part.The counter-attack plates are facing to the rotor. Materials fall into the screen plate through the feeding mouth, rapidly, hit by the rotated hammer, and attack to the opposite counter-attack plates, then hit again by the counter-attack and fall down, mutually, crush with the material hit by the rotor continuously. So the materials are repeatedly moved again and again to be broken. The machine is composed of 5 parts, they are machine body, rotor part, front and back counter-attack plate and grid plate.

Impact Crushing Machine Working Principle

Impact crusher uses impacting force to crush material. During working, the rotor is driven by the motor to keep high rolling speed. Material is hit by the hammer of the rotor and threw to the counter-attack plate to be hit again, then fall back on the hammer. Materials repeatedly move again and again, then materials get broken into required size and out through discharge part. The size and shape of discharged materials can be changed by adjusting the distance between counter-attack plates and rotor. Materials fall directly onto rotary table with high- rotating speed from the upper part of the machine. Under the strong centrifugal force, the materials are crushed and grinded with the materials located as umbrella-shaped at the surrounding part of the rotary table. After the materials hitting each other, there would be eddy movement between the rotary table and the shell, under the movement, the materials would be hit, rubbed and grinded repeatedly, finally, the materials are discharged directly from the bottom. Forming closed circuit and circle, and the screening device controls the required size.

How To Maintain The Impact Crusher

1). According to the specific conditions, the machine can be operated only after the protective device is installed on the triangle belt wheel.

2). No materials beyond the required size and no uncrushable materials.

3). Check the bolts between the rotor and hammer every 2 working hours. Immediately repair it if bolt is loose.

4). Check the counter-attack plate every 24 working hours in case of looseness.

5). Check the wear condition of hammer, change it in time when it is worn.

6). Rotating in required direction.

7). Add II calcium base grease on bearings every 800-100h; clean it with kerosene and replace the new grease once a month.

8). Stop and check when the machine works with abnormal sound and vibration, operate the machine only after making sure the bug is eliminated.

9). Don't open the check door when machine is working.

10). All the motor, controller and other electrical device meet the electrical safety requirements.

Things need attention when use the impact crusher machine

Lubrication must be sufficient; bolts must be tightened; check doors must be tightly sealed; hammer on the rotor and impact plates must be fastened; clearance between the rotor hammer and the impact plate is appropriate, and no jam. Feeding materials gradually after making sure motor working well. Turn off the machine only after stop feeding materials. Turn off the motor only after all the material are discharged in the crushing cavity in machine.
