Mobile Cold Storage  with Polyurethane insulation panel design , the main steel structure to faciliate consturction.  the cold storage container room will have the different application:


0 C ~ + 22C it will be used for  Communication Station, Mushroom Plant, Medicines Storage, Processing cold Room, Packing Room


-5 C ~ + 5 c is used for  Pre-Cooling, Keep Fresh frozen storage,


-10 C ~ -20 c is applied for  Freezer Storage


-25 C ~ -30 C is Low Temperature Storage and could be Quick-Freeze .


-35 C ~ -40 C is  Blast Freezer,and quick frozen .





The spiral freezer is widely used in the quick frozen for prepared foods, packaged foods, intersected meats, ice creams etc. It is also applicable for sea foods, fruits, and other vegetables which is with bigger size.



Main features of Spiral Quick Blast Freezer:


1.Stainless steel insulated panel filled with PU foam, 120mm thickness. The insulated floor, 225mm thickness, is welded seamlessly. No leaking and sinking.
2.Conveyoer belt is made up with special high strength SUS304 spiral mesh. High frequency induction heater is used for rod header forming. Running smoother and lasting longer.
3.Aluminum alloy evaporator. Aluminum pipes and fins are densely assigned for good heat exchange.
4.SUS304 electric control box. It can be controlled by relay, PLC or touch screen.


5.Safety device: conveyor belt turn over inductor, belt induction regulator, emergency switch
