The factors that affect the ultrasonic cleaning effect
1. altrasonic cleaner power density
The ultrasonic power density is gigher ,the cavitation effect will be stronger and the cleaning effect will be better ,cleaning rapid will be faster. the parts that are difficult to clean should adopt big ultrasonic density ,while the precision parts should adopt small power density .(the ultrasonic power density of general ultrasonic cleaner should be 1-2W/cm².
2.ultrasonic cleaner frequency
the frenquency is lower the cavitation effect will be better ,the frequency is higher ,the reflection and refraction effect will be better .
for simple surface cleaning ,low frequency is available, for complicated surface and deep hole cleaning ,high frequency is availble.
normal frequency:20khz,28khz,40khz,80khz,0.8mh
3.cleaning temperature
the temperature of ultrasonic wave between 40℃~50℃,the cavitation effect will be the best.the temperature is higher, the dirt will be broken down easily. when the temperature get up to 70℃~80℃,it will affect the ultrasonic cleaner conduct fuction, the cleaning effect will be lowered.
4.cleaning time
the cleaning time is longer the effect will be better, the special material is excepted.
