These Belts have higher abrasion resistance as against conventional Cotton Pasting Belts. This effectively increases life of belt & apparently decreases downtime in replacing conventional belts frequently. ★ Maintenance and use of pasting belt:

The belt after receiving should be kept in the low humidity and dry temperature environment , within three to four months to use . At the time of replacing the belt, please check clearly the dirty matter between the paste plate and Squeeze Roll (including cleaning the hard lead plaster at the roller edge ) ,coated plate belt inching operation after installation, adjust the tension system properly after confirming trajectories,  After installation of the coated belt, water gun is used to spray water on the surface of the belt. After running a few laps, the belt will be soaked and put down for operation.Good maintenance habits extend the service life of the coated strip, reducing the use cost and increasing the productivity.
