Martech provides a 12 month comprehensive and guaranteed service for any readers from the first day of purchase.  For example,  Martech provides free maintenance services or free replacement of parts for quality abnormities during the period of 12 months that customers normally use Luaitesports readers. At the same time, Martech also will provide round-trip freight of readers’ transportation. Customers only need to pay the cost of parts and express freights for the reader maintenance issues appearing after one year, and the customers don’t need to pay any other payment.

Shoes Tag and Bib Tag

Martech will replace all bad tags within a 30 day period after receiving your timing tags.

Multiple Tag and Power Tag

Martech supplies a one year comprehensive and guaranteed service for all multiple tag and power tag from the day that a customer first purchases Luaitesports products.  For example; Martech provides free replacement for quality abnormalities that appear during the period of one year that a customer normally uses Martech products.

   Martech system uses HL technology, which is LF 125KHz activating tags and HF 6.8MHz receiving feedback signals.

2.Which computer operating systems is used for running Martech Global Timing Software?

   WinXP, Win7, Win8.

3.How can I request free samples of your products?

   We offer free samples of our Shoe Tag, Bib Tag, MTS tag, Power Tag, L Type Passive Tags.  We only request that you pay for the shipping.  Other products will need to be purchased.

4.How do we ship your orders?

   Our price list does not include the shipping cost. For shipping, whether by air freight or sea freight, you as our customer can select specified express companies. We can also s est          some express shipment companies to you who can provide reasonable cost for shipping to your location.

5.How long is the lead time to receive product?

   You should expect to receive your shipment in about a week’s time after placing your order.  For our customized shoe tags, you should plan on 2 to 3 weeks.
