Glass lined reactor, jacketed, two kinds of structure: two pieces structure (FK, open type) and one piece structure ( FF, closed type), the capacity from 50L to 80000L, the total set include: the Electric motor, Reducer, Seal, Agitator, Thermometer pocket and Drain valve etc, with good anti-corrosion performance widely to be used in the reaction, neutralization, and polymerization etc process, please find the details as following:

1. The detailed assembling of our Glass lined reactor:

(1) Electric Motor: Explosion-proof or Ordinery type;

(2) Reducer: Pin-cycloid planetary gearing or Worm gear & worm drive type;

(3) Seal type: Packing seal or Mechanical Seal (single or double type);

(4) Agitator: Frame (anchor) type, Impeller type, Paddle type, ombination type, different type with different agitating speed, the agitating speed range from 65-130rpm;

(5) Thermometer Pocket: A type (Straight); B type (Slant), C type ( Slant with Wing);

(6) Drain Valve.

2. The technical performance of our Glass lined reactor:

(1)The working pressure: Inside the vessel: less than or equal to 1.0Mpa (for Packing seal: less than or equal to 0.2Mpa; for Single mechanical seal: less than or equal to 0.4Mpa, for Double mechanical seal: less than or equal to1.0Mpa); Inside the jacket: less than or equal to 0.6Mpa;

(2) The working temperature: from -20 degree centigrade to 200 Celsius degree, the cooling shock: 110 Celsius degree, the thermal shock: 120 Celsius degree;

(3) The Glass-lining thickness: 0.8-2.0mm;

(4) The high Voltage-test to the Glass-lining: 20KV.

(5) Nonstick: the smooth and clean glass-lining surface is nonstick to the materials.

(6) Anti-corrosion performance: sutiable for all kinds of organic or inorganic acids, organic solvents and weak alkalines etc.
