1.Application

A.Suitable substrates:PE,BOPP,PVC,AL Plates

B.Food packaging bag inside

C.Biodegradable bags(Corn starch bags etc)printing purposes

2.Specification

A.PH value:7.5-8.5

B.Viscosity:13-25seconds(Zahn 3#cup)

C.Solid content:35±5%

D.Fineness:≤5 micron

3.Usage

A.Dilution solvent:ethanol/water or isopropanol/water=5/5-9/1;

B.Working viscosity:Zahn#3 cup 14-18 seconds

C.Cleaning operations

D.After the machine is closed,scrub the machine with diluted solvent immediately.If placed a long time,it will lead to small amount ink stick on the plate.Or use oily mixed solvent clean the wet plate directly.

4.Note

A.The physico-chemical properties are different from the solvent base printing ink.It would better choose the shallow printed version which can help to improve the drying rate.

B.The trace ammonia constituent of the printing ink,having been used for a long time,will lead to an increase in viscosity.

C.If any printing incident because of the printing process's emerge foam,the operator can add lightly defoamer,attention to mix it well,avoid it too much.

D.In terms of the long-term printing,we s est you to dropwise diluent(alchohol/water or avantin/water=6/4-9/1),to control the viscosity.In general,the ratio is the original ink's 5-10%

E.The surplus ink can be mixed up with the new ink,but please avoid laying aside the new ink for long time.
