About Us: Pariz Nuts  is a family business which has been involved in growing nuts for more than 3 generations. Our Headquarter is located in Sirjan, a town at southeast of Iran. Company own gardens of Pistachio and Almond  which located in Pariz and Sirjan in Kerman province . We do all process from Planting, growing, harvesting, packaging and exporting of our products. This ability has helped us to shape our business into a farm direct marketplace for our customers. We also have close relation to grower of fig in Estahban area with a distance of 1.5 hours and also Piarom and Mazafati Dates with same distance. In fact the geographical location of our company contributed to have direct access to growers of all these products. As a professional company in these products, we supply products with the best quality and competitive price. We have our professional workers and experienced team to promise the quality and delivery date. The main destination of our products is Japan.

Date

Date are as old as the history of mankind. Dates have been a staple food of Middle East for thousands of years and it's known as "a tree of life". It is believed to have originated around the Middle East and Persian Gulf, and has been cultivated in ancient time from Mesopotamia to prehistoric Egypt, possibly as early as 6000 BC.

The date crop in Iran for all species (dried, semi-dried and fresh) during the farming year 2014-2015 was over one million tones. Iran shares 20 percent of the world date production and is the largest date producer in the world.

There exists a good opportunity and a large potential for trade in this commodity in Iran. We at Pariz Nuts supply and export 3 kinds of dates as Piarom date, Sayer date and Mazafati date.

Sayer date: The harvest time is when the dates color is dark–brown  and elongated and classify in semidry dates (moisture under %16)and if it disinfect well after packaging process and be under 25 temperature and far from sunshine, can be consume until two years. The main location for growing this dates is in khozestan province in western south in Iran. The harvest time begin since the mid-September and continue for two months. Sayer dates are available in following grades:

Industrial Dates 

Description: Dark brown in color, round in size.

Shelf Life : At room temperature about 2 years under interim fumigation.

Growing Region: Khuzestan Province.

Usage : Used pitted or un pitted for direct consumption and/or for industrial purposes.

Type :Semi dry, moisture under %16.

Piarome date (maryami dete): The color of Ripen dates change to dark-brown color and is elongated and semidry (moisture under 15%) and if after harvest disinfect, under 25°C temperature it is usable until two year. This date is usable pitted or un pitted directly or with other shelled nuts such as walnut, almond and pistachio and has an indescribable taste. Harvest Time is around mid-September. Piarom Dates is the most delicious dried date in the whole world and it also known as Chocolate Dates too.

Piarom is one of the varieties which grows in south of Iran in the north area of Hormozgan province.Piarom palms are mostly grown in mountain domains and irrigation is done through channels running from the river in the region.Palms are grown organically with no chemical treatment during the growing season. The dates is available in Jumbo or normal forms (Jumbo:120 Dates / Kg , Normal : 150 Dates / Kg).

Fructose is the sugar found mainly in the date which undergoes metabolic processing in the liver and is known as one of the best sweeteners for diabetics to use.

Description: Black-brown in color, long in size.

Grade: Jumbo:120 Dates / Kg , Normal : 150 Dates / Kg

Shelf Life: At room temperature about 18 Months, under interim fumigation.

Growing Region: Hormozgan Province

Usage: Used pitted or unpitted for direct consumption and/or pitted for stuffed dates.

Type :Semi-Dry, moisture under %15

Mazafati Date: The color of these dates is dark violet to black, plump, full nectar and delicious. The origin is in Bam city in Kerman province located in southeast of Iran. Moisture is between 15 to 35 percent. The time of harvest begin since mid-August. And we can supply it during all of the year. These dates often consume fresh and directly.

Mazafati is one major species of fresh date with huge annual yield. The largest portion of this product is consumed in domestic markets, but due to production growth during the recent years steps have been taken for exporting this product. It is estimated that Mazafati date enjoys 20 percent of the nation's total export of dates.

Mazafati date is mainly packaged with the traditional method. Immediately after harvesting in the groves the product is packed in small cartons (800g) and transported to air-conditioned warehouses.

Shelf Life : At 0 to +5 about one year, under interim fumigation.

Growing Region : Mainly Bam in southern east area of Iran.

Usage : Used pitted or unpitted for direct consumption or for industrial purposes.

Type : Soft, moisture %15-35
