 Series YG (H112-225) products is a new generation of reliable roller-way electric motor which has been improved and designed by this factory on the base of Series YG2 and by referring to series RM from ABB company. It has the features of small volume, light weight, good performance, safe reliability, easy maintenance, etc. Moreover a re-grease device for bearing and heat-resistant lubricant has been adopted and the mechanical strength has also been strengthened. So its comprehensively technical economic indexes have reached the advanced standard and also compared favorably with those of series RM roller-way motor from ABB company.
      Series YG with the capacity of higher overload and the function of frequent start or brake, forward-back rotation and plug reversal which can continuously work under the bad conditions of constant load high temperature much dust etc is a special electric motor for working roller-way and conveyance in rolling plant and can also be used for other mechanical equipment. Series YG roller-way electric motor can be directly started with full load. The rated voltage is 380V,rated frequency;50Hz,connecting method Y, insulating grade: H, protecting grade:IP54 and mounting type:B3,B5,B35 and cool mode:IC0041.
Under the control of VVVF it can normally work within the range of 5-70Hz.But its indexes of main properties are different from the guarantee value described in the catalog.
      Series YG roller-way electric motor can be divided into types;
      YG a is mainly used for working roller-way and the working system is S5-40%.
      YG b is mainly used for conveyance roller-way and the working system is S1.
