1. Engine

1) Use Yituo LR4108 engine which produced by British Ricardo technology, strong power, rated power 60kw and dual water filter in the rear, lower smoke exhaust rate.

2) Use oil filter, good filtering effect, specially worked in the dust dense environment

3) Exhaust system USES explosion-proof, less smoke exhaust, low pollution, low noise, environment protection, and suitable worked in laneway or underground mine.

4) Engine hood use high strength plate, durable, can effectively protect the engine, and avoid raw coal damage the engine.

2. Torque converter:

With YJ - 280 torque converter of single pole three components, high reliability, large output torque.

3. Transmission

Transmission with power shift, high reliability, easy maintenance.

4. Machine structure

1) The machine height is 1.5 m and width is 1.9 m.  Can pass freely above 1.7 m coal seam, and can drive flexibility in the low laneway.

2) Short body, small turning radius, is convenient worked in the low laneway, comfortable operation, and good performance.  

5. Illuminating system

1) Use the large capacity battery, after continually lighting of 4 hours, the engine still can start;

2) Lighting power is up to 100w, more suitably worked in a very dark environment;

3) Lights are with protective cover, can prevent the falling object smashing lights, safe and durable.

6. Working efficiency

1) Rated working bucket volume 1.2 m³, max. volume 1.5 m³, very suitable for shovel loading coal;

2) Can load the raw coal 120 m³ per hour, high work efficiency.
