Carrousel ATC cnc router features:

1. Italy Spindle with Tool Changing Function 
ATC cnc router is equipped with an ISO30 9kw frequency spindle with programmable speeds of up to 18,000 RPM.The spindle is fitted with ceramic bearings to withstand high temperature.

2. CNC Machine Frame
The cnc machine frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is well welded, precision machined and stress relieved, the whole machine frame ensures the machine work steady very well.

3. Auto Tool Change Magazine 
Auto tool-changer magazine holds 8 pcs of units, will take the shortest path between any two tools, allowing the quickest change times possible. The tool-changer eliminates the need for the operator to stop the machine to change tools manually, allowing the program to continue uninterrupted. We offer 2 kinds of tool changing magazines, one is carrousel type magazine, like the above pic, and the other one is linear type magazine. Carrousel type is superior on the tool changing speed and linear type one is favorable on the cost price

4. Workpiece Holddown 
A matrix table and powerful vacuum pump, (up to 140m3/h, -85kpa) are used to allow the best vacuum hold down, this is essential for nested-based manufacturing.

5. The table has a 25mm thick phenolic vacuum table surface mounted onto the steel base frame, is with multi zones, which allows the operator to switch from full sheet processing to smaller part processing. Every vacuum zone is controlled by separated valves on the front of machine, and whole vacuum zones are with one general valves to control.

3.    Packaging and delivery
They are firstly greased thoroughly and packaged in a free-fumigation wooden crate. At SCT we strive to make your buying experience as convenient as possible. We work directly with shipping companies to ensure the best price for the shipment and we pass those savings on to you. Please notify salesperson at the time of your quote request if you wish to arrange for your own shipping method.

Usually, we send machine by ship, sometimes, as customer’s requirement, send by air or by train. When the goods arrive at your sea port or destination, you can pick up goods with the bill of lading we offered. Or we can arrange the cargo agent to send goods to your door. Under FOB/CIF term, you could assign your own cargo agent to clear customs and pick up goods at sea port warehouse, under DDP/DDU term, we could arrange goods at your door. Please notice that the truck drivers are not required to assist you with unloading the machinery. It’s your responsibility to move it into your shop. In most cases a forklift will be required.
