Application:

The whole set equipment is made of austenitic stainless steel.The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket. The jackets are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. Heat exchanging area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customers' technological requirements. Widly used in brewery,bar, hotel,family etc.

Beer Brewing Process

1) Crushing and saccharification

Grind the malt to pieces not powder.Cook wort with the brewhouse by some different temperature processes. 

2) Filter:

Pump the wort after mashing to fermenter, separate the wort and spent grains, till wort is clear.

3) Boiling and adding hop

Transfer clear wort to brewhouse, add water to 50L, boiling it to 100 degrees & (add hop) last 

50 minutes.

4) Cooling

Cold down the wort by opening the water jacket tap of brewhouse. Transport wort to the 

fermenter when its temperature is about 8degree. 

5) Fermentation

After adequate cooled wort into the fermenter, adding 5liters liquid yeast or 50g dry yeast  into 

fermenter. Fermenting process takes about eight days. In this process, sugar in the malt will be 

fermenting into alcohol. 

6) Slaking and storage

Beer maturation takes about three weeks of storage. This process will be finish on 0 ° C for beer

color rendering, unique flavor development in this step too.

5. Q: What utilities do I need for a brewery?

Typically water, electricity and drains are needed.
In general 2 and 3 phase electricity is needed and can be 110/220/380/400/415/440 at 50/60Hz.
The size of the water connection is determined by the size of the brewery but for most projects 5.000 liter of water per hour with a pressure of 3 bar is sufficient.
For your steam boiler a natural gas connection or a tank with light oil will be needed.
Because of the temperature, steel pipe drains are preferred in a brewery and sufficient drains are always handy.
