Production description:
1.Frame:Frame adopts Hot Galvanized sheet with zinc thickness of 180g/m2 or 275g/m2,which extremely improve its anti-corrosion performance.Shutter fixed parts are made of high quality nylon which ensure long service life,open flexibly.Shutters are made of galvanized sheet whit thickness of 0.8mm and 1.5mm,ensure shutters no deformation,running stable.

2.Blade:6 pieces of mirror designed Stainless Steel Blades, one-off molded, not easy to rust and no distortion and broken. And the angle of the blades is patented designed. All the JLF exhaust fan's blades will pass the homeostasis test to ensure the air volume keeping the same as the very beginning during the operational life span.Fan blade is made of Krupp stainless steel by punch forming.no dust attractive and durable. Special blades shape design ensure large air volume,no deformation,no broken,keep air volume,same all the way.Thickness 1.2mm,surface finish BA grade.Fan blades are adjusted by intelligent dynamic-balance tester,the weight tolerance of each blade is controlled within 1g.Ensure the fan smooth running,lower vibration,less noise,increase stainless steel,galvanized sheet,aluminum alloy for option.
3. Electrical motor：Both China famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customized.Chinese famous motor OEM by special design for fan.the first put in the phase lack protection device which would power off when shortage of electricity.Motor protection grade IP55,insulation class F grade, High efficient and energy-saving, CCC Certificate.
4.Belt Pulley：Fan belt pulley is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduce the weight of propeller,high corrosion resistance.Special three reinforced ribs pulley design.Blast-sanding treatment for attractive appearance,eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability,never broken.
5.Belt: B-belt and A-belt (Made-in-China and Japan brand Mitsuboshi),ensure the long service life,maintenance free.
6.Bearing:Fan bearing adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design,high strength,low noise,maintenance free and long service life.
7.Hammer：Using high strength nylon swung drop hammer opening device to ensure the shutters opening and closing flexibly.
8. Handles: Designed as recessed type, easy for carry, transport and have no effect on installation and outlook.
9.Shutters: Stainless steel.
10.Belt tensioner: Using the most advanced automatic belt tensioner to ensure working efficiency and good performance.
11. Strict test criterion: Consist of airflow test, nose test, libration test, drive concentric test, blade RPM test, whole machine efficiency test, dynamic balance test, the thickness of the galvanized sheet test, the size of the spare parts test, etc.
