Single-row ball slewing bearings are available with internal or external gearing or without gearing. The four-point contact bearing of the 01-series belongs to the most often used designs. We are able to produce them in diameters from 120 mm to 6,300 mm, with hardened or unhardened teeth. Also available is a four-point raceway geometry, a preloaded raceway system, centering, special seals as well as different spacers or cages for applications up to 350°degrees. The L-series includes a series of light profile designs, flange bearings with external, internal or without gearing. It is produced with race-way diameters from 310 mm up to 1,455 mm (standard program). Any implementation is available – with double number of bores, reduced or preloaded clearance up to precision quality you need e.g. for machine tools.

This series is resistant to form deviations of the adjacent construction and dispose of a higher static load capacity than identical crossed-roller slewing bearings.
Therefore this JIEHON product is extremely suitable for demanding applications such as in wind turbines.
The standard range of our eight-point bearings has a diameter from 500 mm up to 4,500 mm.
We manufacture the cross-roller slewing bearings of the 11-series with raceway diameters up to 5,000 mm and roller diameters of 80 mm. They have a single-row roller raceway angled at 45° and are characterised by a permanent torque resistance at different loads and a higher dynamic lifetime compared with equivalent ball slewing bearings.
Besides ball bearing slewing rings the crossed-roller place also higher requirements at the stiffness and accuracy of adjacent construction.
Three row roller slewing bearings are designed to carry heavy loads where little space is available.
Products in the 13-series are characterised by the maximum dynamic load capacity, highest stiffness and most uniform torque resistance of all slewing bearings (of the same diameter). Their uniform load distribution also meets the highest demands regarding stiffness and precision of the connecting construction.
This product line can be provided with a diameter of 6,300 mm, in segments even up to 14 meters.
They can be furnished with synthetic spacers or a closed cage depending on the intended application and demands. The cages are available in plastic, steel or brass.
