Description:
SGP-E series screw grout pump is mainly composed of motor, reducer, worm, hopper, electric control system, etc. It also could be installed spray nozzle when it act as a spraying pump. The screw grout pump adopt advanced worm technology, it could grout thicker slurry and with large output. So it could be widely used in the projects of highway, tunnel, subway, etc. For anchor bolts grouting, consolidation grouting, backfill grouting, also could be used for interiors&exteriors walls mortar spraying.
Feature:
1. Compact structure, easy operation, lightweight;
2. The range for water/cement ratio is large, suitable for thicker slurry grouting;
3. Screw pump make grouting continuously;
4. Pressure adjusted automatically, when the slurry filling, pressure gradually increases, easy to control and maintain the grouting pressure;
5. Grouting pressure reaches the designed pressure, it could lower the pressure automatically.
