The Introduction of Impact Crusher
Type of stone to be crushed: stone that within 500mm in diameter and compression srtength less than 320MPa .
Shape of the finished stones:multi diamond in shape,only with very little needle shape.
Field of application: highway,hydraulic electric power station,airport and resevoir.
The Structure of Impact Crusher
When the materials enter the blow bar ares,they are crushed due to the high speed impact of the blow bar and are throwm to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush.Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush.
The size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact plate and rotor support.
