Solar Panel

We use Germany Solarword efficiency mono crystalline silicon solar panel, its photoelectric conversion efficiency can reach 20%. Another kind of solar panel is United States brandSunpower efficiency mono crystalline silicon, its efficiency can reach 22%. Lifespan is 25 years for solar panel.

Controller
 

The controller is also developed by our engineering team. The stability and functionality of our controller is the leading level in the industry. We also have applied the patent successfully already. The conversion efficiency of our controller can reach 95%, while the average efficiency only have 60% -70% for the whole market. Lifespan of our controller is 10 years.

Lithium Battery

We use the lithium iron phosphate battery which is environmentally friendly. It is inside the product to avoid being stole. Its lifespan is more than 5 years.

LED Chips

We use the United States brand Bridgelux 45ML, the lumen of each led chip is 150LM. Its lifespan more than 10 years.

4. Control Functions of Solar LED Street Light :
 

Light control, motion sensor control, time control, mobile phone APP control.

1) Light control: when it is dark, the lights will automatically turn on; When it is dawn, the lights will automatically turn off.

2) Motion sensor: when people pass through, the sensor will be triggered and the light will turn on in 100% brightness and last 20-30 seconds. When people leave, the brightness of light become weak.

3) Time control: lighting time and light off time program can be set per your request. The brightness also can be customized according to your requirements.

4) Mobile phone APP control : Install our APP software in your mobile phone, then you can connect to the lights through bluetooth module and control the lights by your mobile phone APP. The functions as below:
 

a). The lamp can be forced to turn on or off.

b). Manually set the rainy days, and adjust the brightness of the lamp.

c). If the settings are not correct, you can restore the factory settings as original.

d). In case of lights can not work, you can read data on the phone to check which parts need maintenance.

e). Control the lighting mode at different time, control lighting time and light off time.

f). Data can be synchronized with local time, will record real-time for working, record the lamp installation time, the time of failure to facilitate future maintenance work.

Phone APP function help you to use lights convenient and good for after-sales maintenance.

5. Application:

Used for highway, main road, pavement street, residential road, branch road, rural road, square, parking lots, gardens, industrial roads, outdoor high space lighting, factories, etc.

FAQ:

1. How many hours the lamp full charged?
Depend on sunlight. In summer, it needs only 4-6 hours while in winter 9-10 hours.
 

2. What's the color temperature you can make?
2700K to 6500K for option, please tell us in advance for which range you want, otherwise we send the 6000-6500K as default.
 

3. Can we choose our own sensor mode?
Our factory makes time sensor and motion control mode for option. Human sensor means light full on when human body come nearly, and keep 20% light when human far away.

Time control means full light on during the previous half night, and keep 20% light on during last half night. We can also set your own program, such as 3 hours continually full light on, then full light on after 3 hours interval, etc.
 

4. How many years warranty for the lamp?

3 years warranty for the whole lamp, if lamp stops working, customers only need to replace the battery.
