TONING WATER REPELLENT PRODUCT WITH "WET EFFECT” FOR  TERRACOTTA TILES FOR INTERIORS AND EXTERIORS

COMPOSITION

Carnauba wax, micronized emulsions of oligomeric oils, silane and resin-wax emulsions, coalescing agents, essences, water.

PROFILE

TONALITY F-50 is a resin-wax emulsion in a silane carrier, ideal for the various types of absorbent building materials. TONALITY F-50 is used to give materials warm and intense colour tones, developing water repellent properties.

IMPORTANT: for regular cleaning, do not use alcohols, or acid, solvent or ammonia based-detergents.

INTENDED USE

Particularly suitable for coverings or ceilings (hollow flat tiles or flat bricks) of antique or hand-made cotto tiles, smooth or sanded, as well as for machine-made terracotta tiles. Not suitable for smooth or sanded floors and that in any case are not particularly absorbent.

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake well before use. Always use at temperatures above +10°C.

When the surface is clean and dry apply one coat of TONALITY F-50.

After about 10-30 minutes, apply another coat. On very absorbent surfaces, a third coat may be required. To apply the product, we recommend using a brush or a low pressure pump (sprayer); for the latter solution, we recommend evening out any drips with a brush. Protect the treated surfaces from weathering for at least 24 hours. Avoid the application of the product during the high wind, rain or on hot surfaces. Always run some test applications before applying it to the definitive surfaces.

WALKABLE: after 2 hours.

TIME OF REACTION: 48 hours.

YIELD: Approximately 8-18 sqm/l per coat.

HOW TO CLEAN EQUIPMENT: Wash with water.

STORAGE: Closed in the original packaging, in a cool place, away from frost and UV rays, it retains its properties for at least one year.

The product is not classified as hazardous pursuant to the provisions set forth in EC Regulation 1272/2008 (CLP).

No danger symbol is required on the label It must nevertheless be kept out of the reach of children and must not be disposed of in drain water, in order to protect the environment. We nevertheless advise you to adopt good work practices.
