Stamp Concrete

Stamp concrete also called imprinted concrete, decorative concrete. Pouring based on the special pattern, the pavements could be tinted permanently, could simulate variety of textures and natural quality. 
Stamp concrete are widely applied in decorating the ground surface, the wall and the scenic spot that cement-based both indoor and outdoors, for example, the squares, the path in garden, the hotel lobby, the café, the courtyard, walkways, roadway, parking lots, garage and so on.

Construction Process

• Paving the concrete mortar
• Dust the concrete hardener
• Trowel the surface
• Dust the mold release agent
• Pattern imprinted
• Protect the surface with sealer

Color Hardener

Through the chemical reaction with concrete surface, the concrete hardener permeate into the surface, increase the concrete strength, therefore changed the structure and the color of the concrete surface.

Instruction

1. After pouring the concrete mortars, before it hardening, dust two layers' concrete hardener on the surface, make sure there is no obvious ponding water;

2. Trowel the surface to make the concrete hardener and mortar react.

3. The reference dosage is 3KG/M2. Subsequently the concrete is colorful and go for the next steps to finish the process.
