Our factory is established in 2000, area is 196,000 square meters,anuual output of compound material is 37,000 ton. There are more than 600 workers, including 45 professionals. E-glass Powder Chopped Strand Mat are an unwoven fabric consisting of randomly distributed chopped strands held together with binder.

E-glass Emulsion Chopped Strand Mats are unwoven fabric consisting of randomly distributed chopped strands held together with an emulsion binder.

Product Features

* Uniform density ensures consistent fiberglass content and mechanical properties of the composites product.

* Uniform power distribution ensures good mat integrity, little loose fibers and small foll diameter.

* Excellent flexibility ensures good malleability with no spring back at sharp angles.

* Fast and consistent wet-out speed in resins and rapid air release reduce resin consumption and production cost and enhance productivity and mechanical properties of the end products.

* The composite products have high fry and wet tensile strength and good transparency.

Note: E-glass chopped strand mat are available with a width range of 200mm-3600mm.

Application:

Power chopped strand mat are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins.

The products are most widely used in hand lay-up process and can also be used in filament winding, compression molding and continuous lamination processes.

The typical end-use applications include various panels, boasts, bathroom equipment, automotive parts and cooling towers.
