A:The wires could divide into three parts, total lenght is approximately 10 feet long.

The part A (Fixed length) is about 0.39 inch,the part B (Fixed length) is 6.56 inch,part C (Fixed length) is 4.9 inch.Please kindly confirm the detail of the wires.

Q:Is it OK put the power supply inside of the led slim light box?

A:For back-lit design,as there is much space,so the power supply could put inside of the slim light box.But for the indoor design,the power supply put outside of the led slim light box.

Q:Is it ok make the flip open aluminium frame with the steel metal color (seem like mirror)?

A:It is ok.But there is MIN quantity request.

Q: What is different from LED luminous panels and LED slim light boxes / LED thin board?

A: Some client would call the led slim light boxes as LED luminous panel / Edge-lit led light panel,as the thickness of led slim light box is only 9 mm ~ 30 mm.The main different from LED luminous panels and led slim light boxes / led thin board is the aluminium frame.The led slim light boex / led thin board with the aluminium frame to hold the poster / Film.And the led light boxes / LED light board with the holes / hanging parts.easy mount onto the wall.

Q:How is your outdoor led light panel?Is it waterproof?

A:We have two kinds of waterproof led light panel.

(1) The waterproof led light panel for exterior usage (IP64)

The 8 mm acrylic (hide the led inside the acrylic channel) + L aluminium / U aluminium channel on the edge + 3M waterproof sticker on the edge.

(2) The waterproof led light panel fix onto the waterproof aluminium frame(IP63)

The 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 8mm acrylic + L aluminium / U aluminium channel on the edge + 3M waterproof sticker on the edge.
