1.Q: Is your company a trading one or a factory?
A: Factory and trade (we have our own factory site.)
2.Q: How can I get a sample of required material for confirm the quality?
A: Please give the exact thickness, structure of each layer, with also finishing of surface you needed for us as far possible. We could choose appropriate samples to send for you according to your specification.
3.Q: How is your sample charge?
A: For existing samples: free on charge when no more than 1 square meter. Express time will be 3 days.
For customized samples: It is our company rule that we will appreciate if you pay postage for the samples. We believe this will do favor to develop the business between us. We promise we will definitely return the postage to you when first order.
4.Q: How about your Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Regular product: 3000 square meters per one design.
Not regular need to be customized : 1*20GP
5.Q: Where is your company location? How can I get your company from Shanghai?
A: It would take you about one and half hour by air(Shanghai-Zhengzhou), and then we would pick you up from Zhengzhou airport to our company.
6.Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: Usually 15-30 days as we own 3 calendaring line, 1 sponge production line, 3 printing machines and hundreds skilled workforce can guarantee delivery on time.
7.Where is the shipment port?
A: Tianjin, Qingdao and Shanghai, according to which is nearest to the sourcing destinations.

8.What are your terms of payment?
Our payment term normally is 30% by T/T in advance as the deposit, and the balance should be paid once shipping against the copy of bill of loading, our payment mode for balance could by T/T. We also accept L/C, Paypal, and Western Union.
9.Q: Do you accept any inspection before the final payment?
A: Of course we do. We are very confident about the quality of our pvc flooring. Before shipment there is an option that production sample could be provided for customer to inspect pvc flooring material, thickness, surface treatment and designs.
10.Q: How do you handle product quality complaint?
A: We have our QC term and we will send mass product picture to you before they are delivered, we will always be there until problems be solved, and that’s why most our orders come from our regular customers.
