Main configuration:
1.The machine adopts frequency controller to achieve stepless speed acceleration which can reach to 4500 times per hour. During actual production, it can generally run at 3600 to 4200 times per hour according to the quality of the board. If the quality of the paper is good, a good operator even can operate the machine at highest speed.
2. As it is shown in the picture of the machine, the machine adopts automatic paper feeding method which keeps the operator away from the die-cutting part. The mounting and adjustment of the die plate is also done outside of the die-cutting part with sensors and detectors at die-cutting part to ensure that the machine can not be started when the die-cutting plate is at adjustment status.
3. Besides the sensors at die-cutting part, there are sensor or approach switches at window part to make the whole machine at monitoring status to ensure its safety.
4.There is Man-machine interface installed in the control panel which will shows the safety status of themachine as well as malfunctions to facilitate the operator. Camera is also installed in front of the operator for him/her to monitor the operation status at the delivery part.
5. Frequency inventer to control main motor, step-less speed increasing and decreasing.
6. Two-frame co-movement stripping unit can eliminate various waste after die-cut accurate.

A: The machine is disassembled before shipping .Firstly we pack the main parts and spare parts by foam , then put them together to the carton and sealed with tape .In the end pack in wooden case. A: Normally speaking, we will spend 4~6 days to prepare the order and if it requires longer time, we will inform you as soon as possible. The general shipping time will be a month by sea cargo. However, it still depends on what country you are, some may faster and some may slower.
