ZYD-T Newest Ultra-High Voltage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifying Machine, is especially designed to purifying the transformer oil in various kinds of power equipments, which is applied to remove water, gas, impurities and all other contaminants from used oil completely and high efficiently. It makes oil become pure and cleaning, almost same as new oil and good enough to be used by large transformers and other power equipments.

Double-stage evaporation system consists of two vacuum water-separation systems, newest sprinkler with multi-point spray. The two vacuum water-separation systems are not only improve the ultimate vacuum degree (up to 2Pa), but also completely separate the free water, dissolved water, waste gasses (such as Hydrogen, acetylene) of insulation water. The newest sprinkler, the ZHONGNENG patented technology, enables the separated free water, dissolved water to be promptly atomized and waste gasses to be volatilized.

4. Distinctive removing impurity system which filters the impurity through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbs the impurity by high polymer without the mechanical power
5. Carbon fiber infrared heating system that can have the oil contain zero sum of ethyne after the treatment
6. Especially applied to vacuum filling oil and drying for power transmission equipments which power are over 110KV
7. Any insulating oil can be treated on-line at the working site.
