Tribulus Terrestris Extract is derived from the Tribulus plant. The main bioactive ingredient is saponins. When shaken in an aqueous solution, they start to foam. These Saponins have been shown to naturally increase male sexual hormone leading to muscle growth, increased strength and enhanced athletic performance. It is a widely used in dietary supplements for sexual health.
