 OYD-002 silicone sealant for insulating glass with double components and neural solidifying is a silicone structure 
elastomeric sealant especially designed for the assembly of insulating glass. The compound design of OYD-002
product makes OYD-002 have high modulus and high strength properties so as to meet the requirements of assembling
insulating glass. Meantime, besides the advantages of common silicone sealant such as good weatherability, high and
low temperature resistance and cohesive property, OYD-002 possesses the characteristic of low air penetrability. When
OYD-002 is used, special double-component glue machine is used in the construction. Two components solidify and

form an elastomer after mixed in prescribed proportion.

Characteristics of product:

1. Double components, adjustable solidifying velocity, rapid deep solidifying, and applicable for the construction

inside the factory;   

2. Neural solidifying, and have no corrosivity to architectural materials such as metal and coated glass;

3. High modulus and high strength;

4. Excellent anti-climate aging properties, ageing resistant, ultraviolet resistant, ozone resistant, and water proof;  

5. Excellent high and low temperature resistant properties. OYD002 still does not brittle, harden or crack at low

temperature of -30℃ after solidifying，does not soften and degrade at high temperature of +90℃.   

6. Always keeps its good elasticity; 

7. Good compatibility with other neural silicone adhesive. 

Method of application:
To ensure good cohesive property of structure elastomeric sealant, the surface of being adhered material must be
clean, dry and have no pollutants.
