Brief Introduction:
This welding system is special designed for pipe to pipe, elbow, joint, flange, triplet with TIG welding, suitable for all position welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, Alloy steel pipes with out diameter 16mm-300mm and thickness 1.5mm-20mm, mainly for wire feeding or self-fusion, option of integrated wire feeder and external wire feeder with AVC & OSC function which suit for multi-passes welding process.
Application Industry: Boiler, heat exchanger, chemical, food, medicine, engineering installation, military, nuclear and so on.
Features:
1. 5 models of welding head, open type, choosing one or several models of according to dimensional condition and product range.
2. The main components of welding head adopt aviation materials with light-weight, compact structure design, structural stability, and no deformation in high temperature; Adopting stepping motor with reliable operation.
3. PLC control system, which can store up to 100 groups of welding standard, each group of welding scope divides 1~12 section; LCD touch screen, inputting simply.
4. Adopting Panasonic IGBT inverter control DC pulse power with high efficiency and stable electric arc, beautiful weld effect.
5. Welding torch uses water cooling method, with 16 liters stainless steel tank, cyclic cooling fully, ensure the machine keep working up to 24 hours.
6. Moving with trolley, moving freely.
