           2.Initial heater diameter is reduced, thus increasing the density of the assembly, resulting in a heating source which exhibits exceptional dielectric strength and heat transfer characteristics.

           3.End disc is always welded in place, preventing contaminants from entering the heater.

     1.Wattage Tolerance: +5%, -10%       2.Resistance tolerance: +10%, -5%       3.Voltages available: 380V,240V, 220V,110V,36V,24V or 12V       4.Max operating temp: 870oC(1600F)       5.Length tolerance: ± 2% or 3.2mm (1/8”), whichever is greater.       6.Camber tolerance: 1.7mm per meter (0.020” per foot).       7.Diameter tolerance: Diameter at each end may vary +0.05mm -0.1mm (+.002" -.004")       8.Standard Unheated Area: 5-10mm;       9.Delivery time: 7-14 working days.However, many sizes are kept in stock.
