Product Description
ATMARS oxidation free vacuum drying oven is filled with inert gas N2 and CO2 to prevent oxidation when material baked. Such ovens widely applied in IC packaging, LCD, transistors, sensors, diodes, Quartz Oscillators, hybrid integrated circuit board applies to semiconductors, optoelectronics, energy materials, machinery and electronic products, communications products and other non-oxidative drying, curing, welding, annealing and other heat treatment.
