Silicone Heater Film

Silicone Heater Film is a kind of electricity heating film, the heating element is made of nickel chrome wire, nickel chrome foil and metal wire as the inner electric heating element, the product is heat-insulated with high-temperature and high-pressure on both sides, as its soft property can closely attach to the surface of a variety of products. This kind of product breaks through the rigid shortcomings of traditional heater from the technical, can be more easily close to the heated object. The shape and power be customized according to customer’s requirement.

1. Heat fast, thermal conductivity is 1w/m.k, because its small heat capacity, so its heat source start/off quickly;
2. Waterproof , acid resistance , alkali resistance, high electrical insulation, high thermal efficiency;
3. Long lifetime, high mechanical strength, mechanical pressure 200kg/cm²;
4. Insulation, flame retardant, small volume, easy to use;
5. Can to control the temperature by controller;
6. Temperature range:-60 ℃ ~ 250 ℃ .
