Pickling Corrosion Inhibitor

Properties: This product is brown liquid, its main components are organic compounds wide range of uses. It has excellent ability to inhibit the absorption of hydrogen in the pickling of steel and the ability to inhibit the Fe3+ accelerated corrosion. When pickling, the metal does not produce pitting, stable performance, and it can be stored for a long time.

Usage: Used to cleaning of metal and its alloy products in hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and other inorganic acid, organic acid and mixed acid (not suitable for nitric acid) of steel, iron, and copper.

Method of Use: This product will be directly to the dilute acid solution in proportion, avoiding adding to the water first. The use of temperature is between room temperature to 60℃, and do not exceed 70℃. Soluble in acid solution at room temperature, and can produce a small amount of flocculation with no affection of the corrosion inhibition performance. The flocculation can completely disappear when temperature up to 50.

Packing: Using polyethylene plastic packing. A barrel’s net weight is 25kg.

Storage Conditions: It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, the valid storage is five years.
