To meet our objectives F&S is looking for wholesalers / distributors to supply us with cocoa powder that is, in this order of importance:

1. Raw (non alkalized);
2. Non-GMO;  and,
3. Certified Organic.

We also need the wholesaler / distributor to provide shipping to the European Union or the United Kingdom for copacking / private labelling in retail packages.

Cocoa Powder

When quoting on cocoa powder please include the following information:

1. Verification of raw (non alkalized);
2. Source (Ecuador, Peru, Ivory Coast, Nicaragua, Panama, Brazil, Colombia, etc.);
3. Cocoa type: Criollo, Forastero, Trinitario, or other hybrid;
4. Organic certification source (Soil Association, etcetera); and,
5. Basic info such as fat content.

Please advise as to:

1. MOQ (minimum order quantity);
   1. As a new company we're looking to purchase two shipments during the first year of 1/8th MT (125 kilos x 2 = 250 kilos);
   2. Purchase two shipments of 1/4 MT (250 kilos x 2 = 500 kilos) in year two;
   3. Purchase two to three shipments of 1/4 to 1/2 MT (750 to 1,000 kilos) in year three;
   4. . . . and so forth according to demand.
2. Your charge per unit;
3. Your quantity discount price breaks;
4. Your acceptance of the one of the following payment methods: PayPal or Escrow account.

UK Import Regulations

Required Standards and Regulations include GS1 and EU 1169

We’ll need transport documentation, such as a Bill of Lading, for customs clearance.
