***The telescopic axle: The axles and tires stretched out to both sides when loading,increase the interior channel width of the vehicle, wide enough to ensure the safe entrance of wide-body vehicles,and retracted to the original position after completion of loading the vehicle.This structure solves technical problems that current low-chassis vehicle transport semi trailers have to be super-wide.
***Multi-function:There are total 5 mobile platforms on both of the upper and lower layers, adjustable height of the upper platform,the height and angle can be adjusted according to the loading demand, to make full use of trailer space. There are the active pumping plates at the end of the upper platform,which can increase the loading length. This trailer can be used to carry not only cars, but also carrying microbus,commercial vehicles and jeeps etc.
***Light structure: The whole vehicle adopts truss structure, the overall framework bearing, without the stringer structure of the conventional semi-trailer,with light tare weight,around 30% lighter than the same kind of the vehicles.
***Economy: lighter tare weight,lower fuel consumption,can transport one more car than conventional vehicles transportation semi trailer, and create a better economic benefits.
***Safe and convenient operation: lifting controls of all the mobile platforms are all used via operation buttons, and the buttons are arranged in the vicinity of the lifting device,can clearly observe and accurately operate.
***Hydraulic supporting legs: coordinating the Axles' extend-retract, can also be used as tire repair's jack.
***Suspension system: Adopt the unique suspension system(under-mounted leaf spring), less pieces tapered leaf spring, low chassis, stably driving.
