Quality Control
A. All production procedures are in strict accordance with the drawings as customers' request.
B. With experienced purchasers go to the quarry and stone market to choose high quality raw materials for the customers.
C. After more than 7 times polishing, the surface will reach a smooth and mirror like touching. The glossiness of surface is over 85C.
D. Every procedure has a professional supervisor to reconfirm whether the tile is finished well. Before packaging, another inspectors will check every piece of products carefully once again.
Shipping and packaging:
1) Slabs with wooden bundles;
2) Tiles and other cut to size products with wooden crates or pallet;
3) Pebble stones and stone chips should be packed with PVC or woven bags;
4) All the wooden packaging should be Treated and Marked in compliance with ISPM 15;
5) We can load 18-27tons of goods in one 20 feet container, the cargo weight depends on different countries raw;
6) We can ship the cargos by vessel, truck, train or airplane.
