When oil level below standard oil position, please add load in industrial gear oil L-CKC220 or L-CKC320 (oil needs to be prepared by Buyer)

8. Interlock controlling system
 Temperature control gauge is OMRON digital intelligent gauge, have double channel, PID parameter self-regulation, heater indication;
          Main frame interlock protect: interlock for single screw extruder and gearbox oil pump;
Interlock protect for single screw extruder and feeder, extruder stops and delay when feeder break down, feeder stops working immediately correspondingly. 
          Single screw extruder die head is installed with indication of melt pressure and temperature, melt pressure is interlocked with main frame, over pressure protect.
