Deb ing:

• Check all connectors and fasteners.
• Check all lubrication points, and check if the oil is enough.
• Check if the power and voltage is normal?
• Deb ing without loading:

Running main drive part and do lifting action. Do CW and CCW action.

Ram axletree temperature should be among: 35°C—70°C.

Roll axletree temperature should be less than 60°C.

Safe guard:

• Prohibit overloading.
• If any noise happens, please stop to check.
• Check the transmission structure and connectors during working.
• Please install angle and channel mould according to drawing.
• When bending pipe, square pipe, please install the arc mould with symmetric mouth open, then tighten the bolts. Please adjust chain fiction pad in loose condition, then pre-bending.

Maintains:

• Use Calcium-based grease to lubricate the different points. In summer, use 2# calcium-based grease, and in wither, use 1#. Do lubrication work per 4 hours. Lubricate the gear per half year, and clean the lubrication system per year.
• Clean the Oxide between profile and moulds.
• Change high abrasion wearing part.
• Clean the dust accumulated on electrical box.
• Pay attention to the working temperature of each working part, no exceed to limit point.
