This appliance has the new transparent plastic Varoma and is with counter-clockwise operation. 

This Thermomix is used, but in outstandingly good condition.

The Thermomix TM 31 functions: 

chopping and puree making
grating (e.g. for cheese or breadcrumbs)
grinding (e.g. cereal grains, coffee beans)
pulverizing (e.g. cube sugar)
fine chopping (e.g. herbs, ice cubes)
boiling (e.g. vegetables, potatoes, rice, rice pudding, jams)
whipping (e.g. cream)
emulsifying: for everything else that needs to go into the water bath (e.g. mayonnaise, zabaione, sauce hollandaise)
kneading and mixing (e.g. yeats-dough, bread-dough)
preparing baby food
preparing ice cream
preparing bread spreads

With the Thermomix you can put all the ingredients direct into the mixing bowl and see the weights on the scales display. 

All the other ingredients are easily weighed using the tare key.
