CTM-B series High Temperature Creep and Relaxation Testing Machine is designed as low cost solutions for long-term creep and stress relaxation testing applications of metallic and alloy materials under high temperature in accordance with ASTM, BS, EN, ISO and other similar international testing standards. SUNS offers three models electronic high temperature creep-testing machine with full closed-loop servo-control in three capacities 3T/5T/10T. 

1.CTM-B series is designed and manufactured by SUNS for long-term Creep and Stress Rupture test and stress relaxation test that involve maintaining constant loads for extended periods of time. 
2.Being adopted TCP/IP communication protocol, communication distance, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability
3. Lower grip is driven by ball screw, ensure the transmission system, high efficiency, high precision, smooth transmission, less maintenance
4. Either load control or extension control assures high control accuracy and load accuracy. 
5. Imported load cell assures high accuracy, reliability and stability. 
6. Using servo motor loading, ensures high performance of the whole system. 
7. Adopts full-digital communication servers and high-precision, high response frequency AC servo, frequency response fast, high positioning accuracy.
8.Creep deformation measured by imported grating, good linearity, high resolution, anti-interference ability, long-term job stability
9. Manual function permits manual unloading operation in order to protect the machine, especially load cell. 10. With perfect security, software and hardware have automatic overload shutdown protection function, shutdown while the load, surpass 10% of max capacity.
11. Specific test software, can realize monitoring multiple testing machines simultaneously
12. Main functions for software: specimen registration, control of multiple testing machines, data acquisition, record, query, processing, and export.
