ENERGY CUP USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Fill the Cup with hot water (above 90º Celsius) to activate the ceramic marbles.

• Wait for the water to completely cool and repeat this process three times.

• Pour in purified water and shake vigorously.

• Wait approximately 3-5 minutes.
