Outstanding Features of Bimetallic Screw and Barrel:

1. Hardness HRC50-65    
2. Outstanding corrosion-resistance.
3. Hardness layer reaches 1.5 m/m thickness.Hardness does not decrease with depth.
4. Hardness does not decrease under normal temperature.
5. Abrsion resistance / wear resistance on the hardened layer is 2~3 times higher than that treated by conventional heat treatment.
