Construction conditions

Machine: is suitable for various models of automatic or semi-automatic edge banding machine

Temperature: 15 ℃ or higher

The temperature of the material: 15 ℃ or higher

The moisture content of materials: 10% or less

Glue roller temperature: 150-170 ℃ (edge), 160-180 ℃ (covered)

Glue quantity: 180-250 - g/cm2 (need to adjust according to actual condition)

Feed speed: 40 m/min (edge) or higher

Tip - often check on the rubber roller surface operation, remove impurities, to ensure uniform coating

- often calibration temperature control system of temperature

- work temperature should reduce 30-40 ℃

- environment and material temperature around 15 ℃, the gluing rollers should be set to the temperature of 150 ℃ (edge) and 180 ℃ (covered)

- not out of the hot melt adhesive should be sealed storage, in order to avoid contamination and moisture absorption

Package with 25 kg bags (800 kg/pallet)

Store in dry and shady and cool place, unopened product can be stored for at least a year.
