The packing machine can complete work of clamping bag, dosing and transmission. It consists of double auger, real-time online weighing and dust collector, which can be composed of the entire fully automated package assembly line with bag conveyor, heat sealing machine, sack closer. It’s suitable for packaging flowable or poor liquidity powder and granular materials such as flour, milk powder, feed, rice flour, cocoa powder, solid drink, white sugar, monosodium glutamate, veterinary medicine glucose, solid medicine, toner, pesticides, dyes and metal powder.

Whole machine is made of stainless steel according to the national GMP standard and food hygiene certification(316L material can be customized).

Imported touch screen, PLC control, industrial ethernet communication can be connected to the plant DCS control center with function of work stability, anti- interference, easy to use, intuition, long-life etc.

Product parameter formulations can be stored for future use, it can store up to 10 sets of operating parameters.

New packing scale weighing system, high-speed and precision dosing with overshoot suppression, fall correction and tolerance alarm functions.

Using new type sack holder with good sealing, the size can be replaced to adapt the variety of sizes bags.
