Utechllan/Desmopan is a thermoplastic block copolymer characterized by a wide range of properties. Its linear polymeric chains consist of alternating flexible, elastic segments with a low glass transition temperature and rigid crystalline segments with a high melting point. It is the modification of these phases that create the different properties such as hardness, strength, rigidity, elasticity and cold-flexibility, always depending on the requirements of the application.

Desmopan 5377A - Excellent bonding to ABS
Desmopan 5377A offers good bonding behaviour to ABS. After the ABS-component has been injection moulded, the flexible TPU component in Desmopan® 5377A is injected onto the ABS while it is still hot.
