General Introduction
Lithium ion battery washing tester design and produced according to national standard GB portable lithium ion battery and battery pack for electronic products. Lithium ion battery easy get short circuit under 45 ℃ alkaline solution. Simulate safety problem which may occur when lithium ion battery inside polyester fabric in the running washing machine.

Features
1 Built in SUS316#stainless steel water tank,used for alkaline solution proportion and testing liquid recollection.
2 High performance plastic water pump, able to get the alkaline solution from the stainless steel tank to the testing barrel in certain time, and the plastic material pump will not get rust or Oxidation, with long life service.
3 Testing inner barrel with SUS316# mirror treated stainless steel, good appearance and acid base resistant, middle with polyurethane insulation material, external with SUS304#stainless steel
4 PLC + Touch Screen Control, system finish the whole test automatically.
5 Driving system with servo motor, with features like large torque, Large rotational speed span, stable running etc.
6 Temperature control system, with SIMENS temperature module, PID auto calculating, high precision and stable running.
7 Easy water adding design:water tank top with large open design, when need adding water, the whole cover can be take off. Other time can cover it, safety and dust proof.
8 Humanized operation design:the whole operation finish within height1 meter to 1.5 meters, no need operators to stay down or get higher purposely ,all operation can be finished smoothly.
9 Movable Function Design:installed 4 universal wheel and casters on bottom side of the chamber, which makes the machine easy move to certain place as they want, and easy for fixing the machine.
