Product Description
In the use of the telescopic mast, we usually add overweight antenna, camera, light equipment etc. due to the addition of all this equipments and the feeder ,the mast weight etc, so the mast bear great pressure when lift it, and it can decrease . especially for the mast lifted by steel wire rope, if keep it lifting for long time, the wire rope maybe break for the heavy pressure.
With respect to this problems, we use electric air pressure and mechanical caging way, this way can effectively solve the decrease problem, and the mast can be put half a year or one year long. At present, the mechanical caging has two ways; one-piece brake locking and the separated type brake locking.
integrated brake locking mast :
This type mast suits the payload within 30-100kg, and connects with the body of mast. The locking equipments install the section set, with twist grip, and hold grip to fix it. Single person can lock it.
the separated type brake locking mast
This type suits the mast payload over 100kg. this type mast need high safety ,wind resistance and flexible twist ,for its payload antenna with big bulk, weight. The separated type brake locking mast use the friction force of brake and mast to make the brake effect, like wheels and brake gear. When use the brake locking mast, need to tighten the brake. If you spin more tight, the brake force you need is bigger.
